• Do I need a Paypal account to make payment using a non-Indian credit card?

No. You don't need a Paypal account for paying using International Cards. When you click on the International Credit Card payment method during ordering, you'll be taken to a page which will show you a form with billing details. If you don't see the form you'll see the following line which will take you to the form.

The product price displayed on the website includes VAT charges. Local taxes & Octroi need to be borne by the customer as applicable in respective states of India.
