Cancellation Policy
mDeals believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- In case of a cancellation, 25% of the transaction amount would be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for the products that are obtained on special occasions like Diwali, Valentine day etc. or bought using special promotions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- mDeals does not accept cancellation requests for deals on services like spa, salon, gym and other deal categories. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
Refund Policy
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by a 14 day refund policy. In case of any refund or exchange of items, user's account would be credited with VMoney of 20 % less value of the transaction amount. After that, we do not provide refunds except that we will provide a refund if you are unable to redeem a voucher because the merchant has gone out of business and in that case the user would get full value of his money and the same would be credited to his account at Vouchers Mate. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 7 days period.
