Layoffs in tech never really stopped in the post-pandemic world. Since the end of 2021, tech companies have been laying off employees in large numbers. Unfortunately, 2025 was also not different, as tech giants such as Intel, Microsoft, Meta, and Salesforce made headlines for their mass layoffs.
