Samsung is surveying users about integrating built-in magnets into future smartphones to enable full Qi2 wireless charging support. This potential change, which might slightly increase device thickness, is being explored through the Samsung Members app. While the current Galaxy S25 series supports faster Qi2 charging, it lacks these magnets, unlike some other devices like the HMD Skyline.
