Apple’s updated App Store policies for EU developers are reportedly expected to gain approval from antitrust regulators. This would help Apple avoid hefty daily fines, potentially 5 percent of its average daily global revenue, that could be imposed by EU regulators. The company was already fined EUR 500 million in April for violating the EU’s Digital Markets Act.
