According to a report citing industry sources, Xiaomi has cancelled the India launch of the 15 Civi, likely due to the poor sales of the Xiaomi 14 Civi. Launched at a starting price of Rs. 42,999, the 14 Civi is now selling for as low as Rs. 29,999 for the base variant. The cancellation suggests the company is shifting away from premiumisation. Meanwhile, Redmi plans to launch two new budget-friendly phones in India.
