The third entry in the Doom revival trilogy, Doom: The Dark Ages switches things up by weighing down the Doom Slayer and bringing melee weapons to the mix. The familiar rotating cast of devastating guns returns, but they’re all essentially playing side fiddle to the new Shield Saw that lies at the red-hot core of game.
