Snap Specs are set to launch next year as a consumer-focused version of Snap’s augmented reality (AR) smart glasses. The company’s five previous developer-exclusive AR glasses will be succeeded by a commercial version. The upcoming Snap Specs will feature machine learning capabilities, AI assistance, and allow users to share games with friends, and is expected to integrate directly with the Snapchat app.
